Natalie Shau is one of my absolute favorite photographers ever - period. The way she combines photography and digital art so effortlessly is gorgeous. Her attention to details is that of a film director and verges on genius.
I truly love digital manipulation, I think it enables a new dimension of creativity to flourish. Natalie takes this to extreme levels. I can't even say if she is a great photographer, I am not sure anyone can because of the amount of retouching she does, but she is certainly one of the best artists in her field. I love artists who can create their own style, so much so that their works are easily identifiable. Natalie is a classic example of this - creating her own brand of artistic skills have created a well deserved cult fan-base.
